The factory-certified 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness combines standard all-weather capability with everyday practicality for active driver routines. Whether running errands around Olive Branch or heading out for weekend travel, this crossover delivers versatile passenger space, rugged design, and modern efficiency. Wrapped in a striking Crystal Black Silica exterior with a durable Gray StarTex leatherette interior, it offers an ideal balance of cabin comfort and functional utility for your daily drives.
Rugged Performance and All-Wheel Drive Capability
Under the hood, the 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness features a 2.5L H-4 direct injection DOHC engine producing 180HP, paired with an 8-speed Lineartronic CVT automatic transmission. Equipped with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and SI-DRIVE selectable drivetrain modes, this crossover delivers reliable traction across changing road conditions while achieving an efficient EPA-estimated 24 MPG city and 28 MPG highway. Engineering features like an off-road ride suspension, four-wheel independent suspension, and a factory engine under guard provide extra protection and smooth handling over rough surfaces. All-speed ABS, driveline traction control, and an engine oil cooler further enhance long-term durability, making this crossover a dependable choice for everyday commuting and longer road trips alike.
Advanced Technology and Infotainment
Inside the cabin, the Forester Wilderness keeps driver and passengers connected with modern digital features. The center console houses the Subaru 11.6-inch Multimedia Navigation System, which includes a multitouch gesture display screen, voice-activated controls, and integrated TomTom navigation. Smartphone integration is simple with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability, supported by front wireless smart device charging and four USB ports throughout the cabin. Sound quality is provided by a premium Harman/Kardon speaker system utilizing 11 speakers powered by a 576-watt amplifier. Bluetooth® wireless audio streaming, SiriusXM with 360L capability, and steering wheel-mounted audio controls ensure navigation, music, and hands-free communication are always within easy reach.
